In a small bowl, add coconut oil, turmeric powder, and pepper and mix into a paste.
Pour the nondairy milk into a small saucepan and turn the heat to medium.
Once the nondairy milk begins to warm, add in the turmeric paste, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Once ingredients are well combined after about 3 minutes, turn off the heat and pour the latte into a mug.
