Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us. 

RETURNS

NON-APPAREL EXCHANGES

We do not currently conduct exchanges for online product orders that are not apparel, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at hello@morella-ulalume.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

APPAREL EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

DEFECTS

If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at hello@morella-ulalume.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Morella&Ulalume e.K. isnot held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by DHL
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the “safe drop” option)

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using DHL. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
